The Americas Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards, the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognized program in the world. In their 26th year, AEI won the Best Office interior design thanks to the Microsoft offices project.
The Americas Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of 70 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, Lord Thurso, and members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
The winning project based in Bogota was inspired by "Colombia and its cultural variety" creating a 5-story project in which visitors take a tour of the Colombian landscapes and the world of Microsoft. In the middle of the Amazon jungle, the sunrise at the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta, materials of the Caribbean, the Andes Mountain range and the sunset at the Oriental Plains incorporating technology and the latest work trends where you can find people more connected, worki groups, cooperation, meeting points and shared posts.
In the past, AEI has won this same award with projects executed for JWT and 3M. They have also developed more than three projects for Microsoft in the region.
